Really digging dieselpunk-esque stylings going on here. My criticism is the background looks to stylistically different than the foreground. I like both, but the clouds and the rays going across the sky seem to differ a lot from the woman in the car. The plane is somewhere between the two, but doesn't seem enough to tie the two together.

It may be that way to emphasise one over the other, like an ad that shows one of these things to be the future and the other in the past. It doesn't make sense if you take it require being all together in the same, Schizo Tech world; rather like Dystopian Wars, which has a civilisation whose warships are still paddlewheel-driven but can make a bipedal, flying, Super Robot-sized giant robot?
