I think what I like about this most is that she has a softer look in her eye
as opposed to the other shots you've taken of her. I also really like
the sharpness of the hair. It just all seems so real and crisp.

Lovely tones as well. Good one.

the blalance of light and dark it is a good example of what I was reading about a month ago about the golden ratio (the light is roughly a third of the dark), I love the colour tones the pale skin tones and the striking pupils. The background on the right balances the warmness on skin and how the hair has the hues of both the warm and cold. oh and I like the DOF .

lol... oh wonderful. I like the analytic feedback..

Even though it was shot in doors... the colours and the light somehow conveyed to me a girl walking beside a busy road late at night... and just turning her head... hence the title, sort of. I would have fiddled with the colours more (she's a redhead, really) to convey the dark.... but I didn't want to spoil it. Anyway, I'm glad you appreciate it..

you should read up on the golden ration if you dont know it already. its really interesting. whats also funny about it is that most creative people have the golden third rule as an instinct. I really like the hair I think its perfect. take more piccies outside !! soho at 3am is great for busy roads late at night! haha
