Hey guys this is my wood elf Khyra on his horse blackadel.I was going through my gallery when I came accross one of my very first drawings of Khyra
I went abit futher and saw one of my first paintings from the sketch
so I thought, before I go get stuck into my game I would do another detailed picture of Khya and blackadel. I can see that there are some noticable errors in the picture. Especialy the arm, but I just couldn't get it to look right.
Also I would like to than for the background stock here
is a very good artist and I realy appreciate all those lovely detailed pictures in the gallery to help peeps like me who hate doing backgrounds

The character blends in nicely with the background. I love the details you put into Khyra...particularly his hand. You are so much better at crafting hands than I.

thanx buddy. I think this is the best horsey I have done since I started drawing them. I did him first so I wouldn't rush him at the end like I have done in previous pics

Hmm... something is wrong with Khyra`s head. Well, I guess, the distance between his nose and ear is too big. Because of it his face looks stretched like... like this: o_O

Blackadel is looking very good. Especially because of the amazing texture on the skin and because of perfect anatomy ^_^

thanx buddy. Yeah I painted over an old pic I did of khyra, actualy I think it was one of my first pics I ever did of him.. Well I am still not very good at anatomy. I must have a good reference or I am simply lost. but I appreciate your insights and I will think about this next time I paint a pic of him

thanx buddy I had a very good ref to help me for the horse but Khyra was based off an old sketch. you are right about a few things. I will make sure I fix that next time.. He is young but still I gots to rough him up abit lol

I guess without tablet it would be hard to draw like you.
Well you can say it's a young level 1 elf. Since facial skin is smooth it wouldn't be
so hard to rough up,maybe add a facial hair marks after shave.

yeah a tablet makes things tonnes more easier. well my elves don't actualy have facial hair. but half elves do. lol messy hair could be a start cause his hair is too neat for a boy

I will need to look for one of those. The hand would be in pain if I would draw like you with mouse. Well also elves with that have a dwarf dad may have a facial hair. Lol come on maybe you will add a sweaty armpits

I think you can make a nice 5 minutes video clip with Steff music. I hope there will be more game from you in a future maybe simple arcade ones. Current one is pretty and I am waiting for final release.
