Yes its easy as hell because your a 5 year old child with limited logic. You fail to see the concept that black and white horses have been around hundreds of years before leadmare-lover was ever born. So if you demand that horse-gurl remove her characters then they are many other people who could demand that leadmare-lover get rid of hers.
Just as I could say you did not invent the idea of a black horse there for you must get ride of your character Rhyna. I could go even farther and say your clearly copied "Cloverfield" character needs to be removed because it is clearly a sorry excess of Gin copy.

So? Loava is a black horse with fire mane and tail, they have different mane and tail different eyes and many other differences the only thing they have common is that they are both black. Theres a horse thats both black and has gold mane and tail that was made before Lova and you don't hear people bitching that Lova needs to be removed.
Common colors and common designs, doesn't take a rocket scientist for someone to come up with a black horse, therefor it is not uncommon for many people to have similar looking characters.

You can't copy black. Loava has different eyes, mane tail, and jewelry, so the only thing they have in common is that they are both black.
Neither Leadmare-lover or horse-gurl were first to design black and white horses, so neither one of them were made first.
