This is totally 100% my kinda drawing!! Agh I love it. How come you don't have tons of faves and stuff? I think you're too good for deviantART, ahahah. I absolutely love the lighting...and the sharp colors you used on the girl. It creates such a strong contrast! This kind of has an indie-comic feel to it, you know what I mean? And I love how you incorporated your signature! Gorgeous work.

haha, you're way too nice. i've been a lurker on this website for soooooo long, and i'm reaaaally bad at networking, so i'll blame it on those. XD; regarding this style though, the best part of it was that it was so effortless. i just combined all the things i knew how to do into one piece, and i actually became more and more impressed with myself as it blossomed. it felt very organic and in the end, very satisfying. that means more to come, hopefully!
