I really the look of this line-less art, I think it pushes you to experiment with more colours and shading. There is a stronger sense of depth I get from this than some of your other paintings. I like the painterly effect on the clothing and skin. For the style I quite like the way you have shaded it with the shadows and highlights. I'd just suggest cleaning up the edges of the clothes because it blends with the background and doesn't look right. I notice you have this rough, sketchiness with your work, which isn't bad, it's a cool style and I like it, it just doesn't always work when painting, especially without lines to do the definition that they normally would do. The paint now works as that line separation. (I hope I'm making sense here D: I'm just typing as I see it xD) One other piece of advice I'd give is studying how jewelery goes around the neck, here it just looks like it's floating on her neck :/ The shading looks great on it, I like how it catches light, but curving around the neck is just something to look out for next time. Shadows on the skin help too 
Other than that, I really like this one. The background is very nicely done, simple and not overpowering, it's very bright and it brings out her eyes. Just keep practicing and you'd do well. It also helps to try out many different styles and facial structures.
That is just something I notice about your art. While each character is pretty and cute in your own style, they sometimes look too much alike. Varying a style can be a hard and intimidating thing at first, but trying never hurts
I hope this little critique thingy is helpful...hope I'm not being harsh or anything, just wanted to express my opinion
