IDK, just another sketchy painting from my checklist
Coloring made entirely in just one layer with just one sketch brush

but how do you paint grayscale? I don't understand do you paint with blendmodes over the gray drawing?

This one I drew right in color.. as an experiment..
Grays can be colored using "Color" blending mode applied to the layer above of grays, but you still need to adjust grays sometimes to get right color..

just saw a video made by sarah tepes on youtube, she has a very beautiful style one day I will try!! she seams to use the same color mode as you did
now photoshop is a bit laggy for painting but I'll try it for sure!

I know nai is mean negatifΒ and arimasen is negatif tooΒ
so my conclusion dewa nai and janai is same "Synonyms"
" maybe just maybe dewa nai used to be an old words 
negatif words :
> dewanai
>dewarimasen
>janai
that's what I think maybe it would help you,
for me I like to use dewarimasen for more polite or janai for casual ^^

No, this is a sketch brush.. Very useful for sketching and nice to color/shade in one layer.
Used the same brush for "girl with backpack"..

Dat pout, my heart can't handle it. To that, I say γγγ£γ¦γγ£γ±γγ γιιγγͺγοΌ Pretty sure they're the actual thing.
I believe it's γγ£γ±γγ§γ―γͺγ. γ― is also pronounced wa like γ but it's written as γ― in grammatical constructs.
Colouring is so clean for just one layer. I can never imagine myself being able to do that. My drawings are all 100+ layers hahaha...

Actually single layer much easier to handle, but harder to fix and harder to do shading. I still experimenting with that method and because of that the result is unpredictable.
LOL, 6 layers for lineart and just one for color..
And I usually have about the same number of layers+masks+groups
