Right, so first off; beautiful picture! Be proud child! XD
The original model is beautiful, and I love what you did with her! How you made the picture look like paint, and smoother, more even, as well as tinting and changing the color to your satisfaction. The backround is beautiful as well. The effect is overwhelming; it really does look magical, like a beautiful painting, rather than an altered picture. You did a wonderful job with it. The one thing I don't like about it is the eyebrows. Perhaps you couldn't do anything about it.... but they still.... bother me.
