Got here via a link from a friend, and I'm loving your imagery and skill. It really resonates with me. We have a few things in common; at the moment I've even got a piece called "Bird Bishop" on the easel.

Awesome. Remind me of A Scarlet Letter, 'though I don't really know why. I feel like the waist is too thin in comparison to the skirt.

She's wearing clobber from last century, so chances are she's got a corset on. I also wanted to make her look thin and restricted. She's given her all to raise this fledgling, and now has to let her go.
