A piece I did for myself. Been a long time since I had the time for something like this, though that wasn't a lot. Unusual for me, I decided to use Painting, Photography and 3d in this scene to speed up the process, otherwise I couldn't finish it. Learned a lot here, working with all three of those elements was definitively a challenge, but something I'll probably get back to more often in the future.

My thought here was having the knight coming home, maybe from war, battle or a journey, tired and exhausted. I didn't want to portrait the knight in a way that glorifies their warrior-role, so no weapons and such

When I look at this I think of a game I want to make about a temple knight. It looks really nice and catches theΒ atmosphere I think should be in the game. Β
