Just out of curiosity:
What program do you use to build those models? Or do you use a student version?

Me and my only crew mate build a whole accessible building for animations that never made it off the drawing board. Simply because we lacked the time for it.
But we HAD a polygon restriction which that dork of an architect constantly broke. Over 600% at times, constantly complaining that the program hardly worked...
I normally build what needs to be visible, so run a camera over a path and cut everything outside a visual limit.
But that wasn´t possible when we were working on that project.

I haven´t been building after rounding off my education in 2011, but I´m a 3D visualizer. (A crippled one after an accident)
The damn software is so expensive nowadays. Do you have some affordable tips for me?

You can take a peek at my educational work on my page, but bear in mind that we did this with only 2 people, instead of the normal 7 or 8.
We made a 2 minute animation from it but I can´t upload it, it´s way too big for DA and it´s not adjustable in resolution.

I´ve been looking for architecture pics in your gallery, to use them as a reference for my hand coloring´s.
They´re beautiful, so you deserve a watch as well.

I used SketchUp back when I made this, but I used a third party renderer, Kerkythea. Nowadays I use Blender3D, which is of comparative quality to industry standard programs like Maya.

I would recommend Blender, though SketchUp is much easier to use. Blender is much easier to use than Maya for other... ergonomic reasons.

Big thing to mention is that both Blender and SketchUp are completely free, the former being open source and in constant development/update cycles.

I'm glad you like my work, hope this helps!
