Description Took the Greek, Egyptian, Mesopotamian and Asian watchtowers of Age of Empires and decided to completely remake them in 3D

I like the Mesopotamian one :3

watchtowers are my favoritest things

you can like, withdraw your troops and the other guy will be all like, aha! their villagers are exposed! attack, scouting party!

and the towers will be all like, pew pew i dont think so pew pew
especially the ballista towers
ballista towers were the best, bombard towers just weren't the same

I know the asian one is a fail, horrible feng shui
those dern gabled roofs

greek one is kinda fail too but oh well

These look great... but it makes me kind of sad that people picture ancient middle eastern civilization as already been bare-stone ruins when built
Egyptians used bright white and colors to paint their buildings and mesopotamian could also use some whites, reds and blues.

yes, watch and Sentry were all the same for all civilizations. Maybe there's no problem with Watch towers looking the same (even in real life the architectonic diversity in the Tool Age isn't too great), but by bronze age, where the basic 5 styles (incl. roman) are already well established the towers should be different, imo. Anyhow, great job, the name business is relatively irrelevant, what counts is the visuals.

hello dude i am greek and i think the greek tower is not so fail as you think. age of empires 1 best graphics,sounds,music,gameplay ever !!!!

Great work! When i first watched on Your picture, i told myself: "this must be Age of empires...". Sometimes it would be enough to renew older concepts, than changing them for unsure results...

So many modern spin-offs have been made, but none true to the classic. That would be awesome
