Description
Thieves are Imps no bigger then mole folk whose homeland is the arid Desert of the Peace Keepers
Their culture revolves around scavenging and thievery, the most respected members of their tribes are the elders that have stolen most through out their entire lives
Their small size makes it easy to move undetected, slip through a crowd, and outrun an adult dragon
Thieves are known to steal anything they can get their hands on. They are even known to kidnap children, but usually they are returned after a few days to a week unless they request a ransom. Some say the children that are kept are eaten, yet most others say they take them to raise as their own to join in their ranks since other species have been spotted mingling with them as if they were the same.
Most Imps are hostile yet there are some cases where they have been passive enough to approach. Passive thieves are known to take "commissions" and be hired to cause mischief and chaos.
In very rare occasions Imps become merchants rather then taking on thievery, however their merchandise is more often then not very illegal, stolen, or a scam
Their sly untrustworthy nature caused their kind to be banned from entering most large cities
Not much is known about their homeland other then it's dotted with the ruins of an ancient civilization called the Peace Keepers. The Peace Keepers were a race of dragons who held a militaristic culture and for a time held the greatest army in the world. Their fighting techniques and strategies were so effective some are still used today. The Peace Keepers along with other ancient dragon races like the Artisans, Magic Crafters, Beast Makers, and Dream Weavers all ceased to be when the Ancestral Fury Dragons gave them the gift of the elements before they themselves became extinct thus creating the common Fire,Electricity, Ice and Earth dragons you see today
