Right, let's try and figure out who all these people are:
Bottom row: The Phantom, Doc Savage, The Shadow.
Second row: The Green Hornet & Kato, The Spider. I don't recognise the character between Kato and The Spider.
Third row: El Zorro, Operator No. 5, The Phantom Detective, Biggles / Tailspin Tommy? (unsure about this one), Mandrake The Magician.
Fourth row: Sherlock Holmes, Tarzan.
Fifth row: Flash Gordon, The Lone Ranger & Tontoh, Lothar (Defenders of the Earth version).
Top: Commander Cody / Rocketman? (unsure about this one).

Β Listen I made up a Pulp hero- Harry Hamm is a fan of his.
He's called the Green Spider and has a Β serial Pulp Radio show. The theme song runs thusly:
"Emerald Arachnid- Enemy of Crime! Entangling Criminals in Your Deadly Web..
The GREEEEEEEN Spider!!!"
Wears a Green cape, mask and fedora uses a sticky web gun and drives an ornithopter.
In reality he is Trent Trentworth Billionaire playboy, whose life of luxury is only exciting when he defies death to fight the most horrible criminals. Etc.

ha ha... no the Green Spider is just a silly Idea I have knocked around-maybe a murder mystery comic Β that harry solves about pulp radio star.
Need more hamm too- but am doing the Space realtors thing plus some Blackrat drawings in honor of ERB's birthday. Blackrat so so much more burroughs than any other hero I draw.

Read some doc savage books a few years ago, I have to admit they were not as good as I hoped (John carter was better than I expected though).
