For the outfits : first you should thinking what style would fit your oc
when you have no idea look at pinterest it helped me a lot with my oc
then just try some outfits when you don´t like them just try another and trying till you have found an style
when you have found a style it goes really easy.
also thinking of the seasons like spring outfits oder summer etc
maybe she has some special outfit like my oc nariko with her skater outfit
or a special outfit from a part of the anime like dorm outfits
when you want you can looks through my oc outfits and see what you like maybe you find a style that you like
