All the details are great eye-catcher. Especially the frost breath is very well done
But what I like most is the atmosphere you created here, as well as the dragon's pose.
Some light-effects on the upper parts of the wings as well as on the mane and tail would make it even a bit more realistic (As reflection of the moonlight).
