Personally, my favorite Wily boss to fight in this game, and probably the most freaky in the game, too.

I mean, come on! This guy is an exact copy of anyone. It almost knows everything Mega Man has, even the weapons he obtained and can use those to destroy him. Now that's what I call, freaky. I wouldn't want to be in the presents of him.

The Copy Robot is a advanced-programmed robot form that can copy almost everything from the opponent he fights against, it's appearance, abilities and even memories. While Mega Man was going though the skyway of Wily's Factory and went down to a flashy-colored room, the Copy Robot appears from two machines, one stealing the information from Mega Man and one forming the Copy Robot to the his image, so it's a huge mystery whether or not Copy Robot has a true form or not. No matter which weapon Mega Man uses, the Copy Robot will use that said weapon against him, too, but when he switches to the Super Arm or Magnet Beam, he just walks back and forth around the room doing nothing. However, it also has the same defense as the Blue Bomber himself when he's copied to him, making him weak to the Hyper Bomb, Fire Storm and Thunder Beam and in Mega Man Powered Up, he's also weak to the weakness of the Robot Masters if he's using the said RM's weapons. Despite his ability to copy his opponents, the only thing he can't copy are their personalities, the reason why he maintains his own; acting cocky and sarcastic, referring to most of the Robot Masters by nicknames, except for Oil Man. In addition, his sarcasm and transformations can also severely backfire on him and cause his enemy to want to recruit him if they win as shown by Guts Man and Ice Man's replies to him, to his shock, and he can also be told apart by it's red eyes.
