Description EDIT: Big big Edit! lol I couldn't stand his hair and face anymore, I had to do something. And Da-sama said I had to correct his smile and add more shading to the necklace... I took 1 extra hour to correct many details, and put more contrast on hair...

I just gave up his original face and redraw his head!

It was supposed to be a QUICK drawing just to try if this bad quality paper was able to survived watercolor with the "scotch technique"... and the answer is ... damn not.

Anyway, after 6h of colouring with both watercolor and coloured pencils, of correcting anatomical mistakes, I Finally finished! *exhausted*

It's almost summer, so I'm in my summer-mode too, and after listening the tidus' theme, I wanted to draw him again... so here it is.

I used several references.

What else to say? ... it was supposed to be a watercolor training so, please forgive every mistakes you see.. I'm just too tired to draw this guy until next year... hiiiuuuu
I hate his hair now! and his necklace too! =_=

Wow, I think you did great with watercolors, despite the harshness of the paper's quality. The skin is well done, and you put a lot of layered colors and textures into it. I think the eyes were well done, you captured the orbiness of them. I also think the detail in the necklace is phenomenal and the shading you used on it is dynamic! Great job, and your time on it was well-spent!

nan c'est vrai, un chouya c'était pas facile de rectifier le menton de toute façon. Si tu observe bien, j'ai du réarer les joues aussi et un peu la machoire en général. L'idéal aurait même était de revoir un peu l'éaule je pense. Mais ça devenait compliqué, et il aurait fallu tout gommer.
Bref, j'ai laissé comme ça parce que le papier supportait de moins en moins le gommage suivi du recoloriage, arrivé un moment le papier meurt littéralement! -__-

Conclusion, bien réfléchir avant de commencer à colorier..
Et c'était supposé être un dessin "rapide pour le fun et l'entraînement!" quelle plaie..

ouais... en fait, je trouvais rien d'autre pour que son sourire étrange paraisse plus convaincant... j'ai préféré remanier direct le menton, laisser tomber son menton original manganisé, et prendre un menton plus réaliste au risque de le rendre moins jeune!
Ya encore un truc qui me chiffone avec ses cheveux.. mais je crois que j'ai du mal avec cette coupe de base... elle fait trop artificielle!

Ha ha ha, plus artificiel que la coupe de Tidus, tu meurs! Chaque fois que je regarde ses cheveux dans les cinématiques, j'ai l'impression qu'il les a trempés dans la graisse à frites. *se fait frapper par les fans des cheveux de Tidus* Bref, tout ça pour dire que rendre une coiffure de personnage de jeu vidéo réaliste est super délicat. (surtout quand c'est un certain Monsieur N. qui les dessine, n'est-ce pas?) J'ai déjà essayé plusieurs fois et je me suis plantée à peu près autant de fois. XD

Je l'insulte pas, ce pauvre petit. XD Je démontre simplement mon, euh, étonnement. Si tu préfères, on va dire qu'il utilise le shampoing spécial cheveux ultra-brillants qui rendent aveugles dès qu'il y a un peu trop de soleil.
...Ouais, bon, c'est pas mieux. XD

MDR au dessin rapide pour le fun et pour s'entraîner! xD Du coup tu as du y passer plus de temps que pour un dessin "pas pour le fun"! xD

Du coup son oeil et son sourire me choquent moins que sur la première version. Donc c'est bien, ton "édition" même si ça t'a pris du temps, ça marche!
