I haven't been able to figure how to get one and I've been wanting to be Batter for Halloween.

My friend actually bought it online somewhere, idk what site. Try searching on Amazon or eBay for blank baseball jerseys!! They do get kinda pricey though.
Although if you can sew at all, try looking up a pattern/tutorial for button ups (and just don't make the collar). It would be more difficult, but probably cheaper.
If you're completely out of options and its like, the night before Halloween, you could always just buy a white shirt at Walmart and paint the stripes on with fabric paint! It won't look super good, but it's a last resort kinda thing.
