I agree on working a bit with various textures, although you don't have to if it ain't your thing. I was watching you stream while this piece was in the works and it was great to see you talk about composition and such. Your lighting is going great here, though somehow I kinda wish if you can add a bit more values where creases go :3 And I just reeeaally like that fridge; maybe a bit more shadows on it and minute detail would be nice -u- Otherwise, great piece, composition, the colour scheme is quite homely and it is lovely overall *high five* (sorry for the terribly long comment)

Aw thanks for such a thoughtful comment, I'm sorry it took so long for me to reply! Thanks for stopping by my stream too, I'm glad it was informative. I think in retrospect this piece could have used another few hours worth of detail work and shadow deepening, however I'm still pretty glad with it as a finished product so I won't be revisiting it. It's still really good to hear what it is I should be working on and I'll definitely be trying to include more details (especially background details) in subsequent works. Thanks again for commenting!

Personally I love the simple style of this. :3 and I like when people use thick lines in anything, I don't even know why, anyways I really really like this

This is great; I'd love to see you work with textures.
And varied line color can always make a piece more interesting

I'll definitely have to try out some textures and line color, I just tend to forget polished stuff like that. Thank you very much!

Have you ever tried working with colored lineart? Like dark browns when the object they're encasing is brown, or a very dark blue for blue objects.
Looks neat sometimes.

Ah, I should experiment more with colored lineart. Usually by the time I'm at the end of a work like this I'm so impatient and tired of it that I miss out on cool details like that that would probably add a lot to the image. Maybe next time I'll try not to tire myself out so much with composition and coloring and focus on details and polish. Thanks for the suggestion!
