i mean, how did you get his model to appear? everytime i try, it says it can't appear because the name is in Japanese.

It won't appear? It appears on my computer even if it says it's in Japanese.

Maybe you can try changing your system locale to Japanese.
It will get rid of all unreadable texts.

Do you use Windows?
I'm using Windows7 so I'll explain you with that.

Control Panel > Region and Language > Administrative > Change system locale
