dang jesus christ 6 months into having my own flat and already soo much problems! I always stay at my boyfriends (actually he is my fiance but I didnt want to shout it from the rooftops because I was engaged before and it ended horribly and everybody shouted: "ooh we were soo right you should have listened to us who would want to marry you) house because my flat is in an horrendous state but when I took it I was very desperate and I didnt care about the mould and the cracks in the walls.. but now that the fucking landlord smells that I will move out in time he wants to make me responsibe for all the damage! He is such a son of a bitch he said to me I will never ever be happy again I will pay for the rest of my life! My fiance said I dont have to worry at all every surveyor will see that the flat was in this state long before I moved in and that he wasnt even alout to lease it in this condition.. but im still so scared he has so much money and influence :/
