but if you get a lot of practice in them they can make great pieces.
XD me too, didn't the same people make that movie as the people that made happy feet?

yep XD I really like how they do their birds, oh I didn't know that, well maybe.
I wish I could use watercolours, it would take lots of practice and experimenting I suppose.

haha i could imagine the faces of those blood queezy people. I strip the flesh from road kill for skulls and put the heads in water to macerate which creates a delishious smell, my older brothers get very naucious at even the thought. Its quite funny how the only girl in my family has a tough stomache.
We only use mice and fish (fish for ospreys and sea raptors) at the raptor centres here as far as ive seen, dont think they use chicks here.

Eww that's a little gross..
There aren't any Osprey at the raptor center, though we get them a lot wild. Oh, we mostly use chicks for meat, but we use quail and mice too. And salmon for the eagles

Wow turkey vultures! i have a thing for vultures, since they look so unusual. i saw a doco by david attenbourogh and he put a rotten steak out in the woods somewhere hidden under some dead leaves and it took like half an hour for a turkey vulture to find it, veeery good sense of smell hey.
They are the second largest bird of prey in australia, second to the wedge tailed eagle. They stand (females) about 90cm high and a wing span over just over 2m. I have no idea how big a bald eagle is, but im guessing they are pretty big.
Hehe i like his name, you guys should give him a helmet if he comes back

Do you have any vultures in Aus? Yeah I saw two turkey vultures today during PE. If I am outside and I look in the sky there is normally one.
This is one of the owners at the raptor center with Manwe the bald eagle [link] Thats his size. Females are obviously bigger.
Crash.. yeah well.. You know what a peregrine falcon looks like don't you? They basically already have helmets hahha!
