Description
I realized I barely ever draw my characters interacting with each others and that's something I want to do more in the future ! Anyway, here are my three wizard ocs working together. I'm aware the perspective is a bit clumsy but I'm really happy with the result !
In this story, Lysithea is considered as an herbologist and a healer. In this universe learning the skills to obtain a job can be achieved by classic educational facilities or through apprenticeship, which is mainly chosen by either really poor people who can't afford paying for a higher education ( always in exchange of services : usually, they would have to work for their teacher during the formation or for a certain amount of time after, which sometimes extend to a few years ) or by rich families who want to pay for private professor for their children. Though it allows them to have very significantly shorter studies, it can be tougher to have their skills recognized and gain a job : those who could have afforded prestigious tutors will usually end up working for big, rich families and years later, becoming professors themselves. The others will most often be forced to travel to heal poor people who can't afford going to a hospital.
Being blind from birth, Lysithea was refrained from going to university and has been taught by multiple tutors how to use plants to cure people.
Jewel is a potioneer and a doctor. He was born in a really rich family, so it has been quite easy for him to be taught by the best professors. He occasionaly works as a doctor for his family with Lysithea, but he spends most of his time at home, working on the making of healing potions. While most wizards tend to be very close-minded and self-focused ( especially those who come from higher classes ), and thus refuse to hear about classic human medicine involving no use of magic, Jewel is quite interested in this idea and spends a lot of time studying on his own.
Felix is an apothecary and an alchemist. After finishing school, he straightforward refused to follow a classic course in university or have his family pays for a tutor so he started working in an apothecary and mostly help the owner with the storing and cleaning, and in exchange he would study alchemy alongside him.
