I am not good at human anatomy myself, but I still believe my critique is valid.
First off, I would like to say that you ave a good grasp on colour theory, whether intentional or not. The colours blend very well with one another, and none of them are hard on the eyes.
There are a few things that you could maybe work on a little more.
- The structure if the face. I think studying the facial structure of a person, would be a good way to fix some of the flaws in suc a piece. When he is facing the viewers, the eyes are too far apart, and the nose is or seems to be a little too high up, the structure of the jaw, could also use some work. I can also see, that you seem to struggle with the shape of the human cranium, since in many instances, it seems like the head is just sitting on his neck, instead of being connected to it. I like the idea behind the piece, and I also think with some practice, you could make some very nice looking pieces of art, but you will hve to do some training and some practicing, to reach that góal.

Overall I'd give this piece a rating of three stars, since the concept is nice, but the the execution is rather awkward.
I am sorry if these criticisms are harsh, but I don't like sugarcoating very much, and I hope you appriate the critique, nonethless.

I think if I were to improve this piece, I would change the angle of the shoulders, they've very slopey, and the chest area seems to be unnecessarily big, especially since the most important thing is the face. I would cut a good half of the chest, and have more room on the face. 

As for the face, some of the anatomy, the two heads in the middle are a little off. The neck in both are a little incorrect and the angle of the jaw and position of the facial anatomy on the middle left is wrong. 

I think if it were me, take a photo of yourself doing the poses and use it as a base, go over it in Photoshop or whatever you use, and tweak the anatomy and such to fit anime proportions. Your work will look much more believable
