Oh, marvelous. There are so few serious Animorphs artists out there and this is a fanboy's dream. What a great examination of the andalite's anatomy, but why are their hands cleft too? The chadoo are not as reptilian as I thought, but so detailed that i could care less. Your hork bajir actually reminds me of a Guillermo del Toro monster, your weapons look fully functional, and everything else just feels so very much at home. Well done.

Thanks so much! I drew this years ago, so I don't remember why I decided to make the andalites' hands like that. Perhaps I thought that arranging them that way would be more dextrous than a simple row of seven fingers/

You're welcome. By the way, do you think that you could give me your opinions on some of my own animorphs art? Most of it is character based, but there are some creature designs too for the ketrans, ellimist, crayak, and the one.

now this is freakin sweet, i did not expect to run into animorphs fanart here. and to think all i had to do to find your page was do an image search on brontotherium. ive always wanted someone to do a comic or graphic novel based on animorphs, i wish i had your or some other talented artists brain-fingers so i could do it myself. i have so much sweet shit locked in my head i cant express, youre lucky you can. how maddening it would be if you couldnt draw with all that imagination and creativity youve got?

Thanks! Animorphs was a great series. It was great how the plot, mythology, and characters got so deep over the dozens of books.

I'm not sure what you mean about the female andalite's blade, though.

Ah, good old animorphs. I love the '90s. I really like the way you designed the andalite's body, not quite horselike. Also, the skull totally reminds me of the so-called "starchild" discovered in Mexico [link] (the site's analysis of the artifact is... questionable).

I believe the book described the body as being more deer-like a few times.
I remember the Starchild. Pseudoscience at its best!
Thanks for the comments!
