The picture that participated in the Finnish digital art contest for the young.I started working on the mermaid already in July and the first environment for her was an ocean of course and she was holding a can full of radioactive waste. Then I heard about this digital art contest and the theme was simply "room" or "space".

I love the concept...
It reminds me of the "fairy in a bottle". How we often try to trap and hold onto beautiful things, and destroy them as a result...very moving ^^

No onhan toi just näitä manipulaatioita jotka saa hirveet herutukset. Mut sitä vaan ihmettelen kun ei mulla paljoo kumminkaan noita watchereita oo että mistä nää löytää sen. Tietysti nyt kun se vilkkuu ihmisten faveissa mutta!
