It's actually Kirara, the English voice actors just butchered the pronunciation of the original Japanese. I watch my anime in the original language with subtitles *shrugs* and I personally think her name sounds horrible pronounced the English way.
On the other hand, this is a remarkable drawing of my favorite combustible kitty.
