Legend says that if you happen upon Synopede as they adopt a wishing-like pose you can do the same and have your own wish granted. What they may be wishing for, if that is what they are doing, is unknown.
Lunapede, the Empowerment Fakemon
Bug-type
Lunapede are energized by particle showers and moonlight. By raising its arms to the night sky it signals that its body is ready to receive these cosmic energies.

Centipides that wish/receive cosmic energies...I have no idea where it came the inspiration for these fakemon but I absolutely love the idea, it's very original!
