Thank you very much for this sweet image! (I also want to comment on the other you made of Morristair) I wonder how long this one took you? Since I have no experience in rendering in Blender, I cannot tell at all. Dorian's face looks like in game, and it impresses me a lot! I'm very fond of your choice of clothes for him. Sometimes it happens that the more layers of fabric you have, the more intimate a scene is, just like here! Dorian's expression got me all emotional. It look so tender, so in love and gentle and add to that the cautious, loving touch to Cullen's cheek and you have a literally love-struck Dorian. It looks as if he was gently turning Cullen's face to himself so he can press his lips to his. I adore the lights behind Dorian, by the way. Th yellows of the candles go so well with his black hair and dark skin and white robe that it't probably my favorite artistic element in this work. Cullen's expression is spot-on, both characters in general are very in character. While I often feel like people don't manage to catch the essence and the overll feel of a character (means, make them OOC), I am having the feeling to witness an in game scene here. *sighs dreamily* This is how their background romance would have looked like, then, if left unromanced? Oh, a man can dream.

I did watched Dorian and Cullen respective romances on youtube to give me some tips about their expresions. I'm glad to know I pictured them well
I made this render pretty quickly, between the posing, the work in cycles and the rendering time, It took me around two and a half hours, more or less. I usualy need a lot more time to do them, especially if it's a big scene with more than a couple of elements involved. But since I wanted to make a close capture, it was really quick. I put especial care in their expressions, so it was the thing that took me more time.
I really try to pay attention to the lightning to make the scene feel natural and realistic. I learned a couple of tricks to make sure the background made sense with the scene itself, and the lightning is crucial to do so.
