A friend of a friend gave you his invitation to a party that will be filled with the rich and famous. But you look at your rust bucket of a car and sigh, “I really need a fairy godmother.”. Then you take a second look at your car and see that it suddenly looks clean and shiny. You open the car door and the worn out nylon interior suddenly looks to be replaced by luxury leather and wood. You sit in the driving seat and turn the ignition, instead of the usual splutter it sounds smooth and deep, out the windshield the bonnet suddenly looks larger and curvier than normal. You look down to find the pedals, your hairy legs now look smooth and slender. As you drive along the roads you find that even for a wooden steering wheel it feels more slippery than usual, that is odd you don’t remember putting satin gloves on, or owning any. Your feet feel odd like something other than the pedals is underneath them, you glance down, your scruffy running shoes have been replaced by high heeled slippers. The aircon seems to be blowing a draft up your legs and find that your tatty shorts have been replaced by a silk miniskirt, no a dress, your t-shirt is gone too, and your old sweater has been replaced by a fur lined satin jacket. As you get closer to the address on the invitation the scenery gets quite pretty but you get distracted by long hair swinging across your face. So when you park the car you pull down the sun visor to look in the mirror and find that your head now has long blonde hair on it, and your pretty face is covered in make-up. You step out the car balancing on your high heeled shoes and find that you have been driving a classic Jag. Ushers guide towards the mansion for the party.
