Hey!
Sorry for the delays in getting back, we're new here and we're learning
I don't know the lines per inch cause here in Italy we use other ways for measuring screens.
We use different kind of colours too, some are flat and some are glittering/metallic.
To give You an example.
We use, here, 43 lines (we call them this way, sorry) screeens for printing tees.
We use the same kind of screens for printing the metallic inks and then 79/100 lines for the flat colors.

And yes that helps a lot. I read a book about Victor Hugo and there were numerous Illustrations in the same style you use. IΒ΄ll add you to my watch... Great i like details about printing anyway
