Okay, this may be a bit too dark and gruesome LOL but it is a custom request by another deviant. She wanted something dark and surreal and I don't know if I have taken it a bit too far

It's really different for you, but I think it's cool. I love the detail you put into the mouth and how distorted/grotesque it looks. The color scheme and texture around the mouth are great too.
