Dr Hoodoo, Voodoo-priest of Manhattan. A sly swindler using all sorts of trickery, illusions and blatant lies to reach his goals. He's a smooth player, though. However, he might actually be the real deal, with genuine supernatural powers, and merely pretends to be a simple con-artist?

Dr Hoodoo's concept and appearance is very much inspired by the villain Dr Facilier from Disney's "The Princess and the Frog". His outfit is literally a bit more pimped-out to fit with the heavy blaxploitation-theme I've been going for with my RPG.
