Excellent work, dude. You know, Tom Bancroft was animation supervisor at Disney in the 90's. Show your work to him and I'm sure he'll give you a seal of approval and enough to work at Disney. He did for my friend Maria who makes fantastic Mickey fanart & comic stories which I highly recommend.
