The black rose caught all my attention in the end. Some of your pictures are so bluntly personal to me. Keep doing what you're doing mate..

Thanx a lot, yeah that rose is not the mind striking prop but adds to the atmosphere. I aleady feel the same - enough of that fine art stuff here, let's get back to the proper graveyard art. It's been very cold here though (-40 Celsius), very cold.

I wish there were beautiful women like this, where i live, i swear....were deprived of that here, and you have it in abundance! Were not all that old here either, so i know how you feel about having places such as cemetaries to use for photos. Also....your talent, your models, overall everything i seen, makes me wish that type of crowd were grouped around here....i miss people like that!

Thanx for the wonderful comment. Europe rocks when it comes to cemeteries and old castles, old streets and stuff. You can take so much advantage of it in your pictures. I have no such thing available here. Damn.

Thanx a lot again

I love it when you do pictures like these, so pretty, the collar is wonderful, that two tone material mmm, just lovely great shoes too, but on to the actual picture, the angle makes it unique and interesting, well done

Thank you. Sometimes when I do daring angles and stuff I'm not sure what kind of viewer's reactions it's going to recall. It's very heart warming to get such supportive comment. Thank you so much.

I'll think about it. IT majors can't get jobs well if there are dirty pictures of them floating about!

Thank you Scarf Girl. There's no old cemeteries where I live so it all looks kinda modern, but well... What can I do.

Just noticed you have about 1 and a half million angel statues in your gallery. Beautiful.

Less than 1 and a half million... but I have a crapload more in my computer I haven't posted yet.... Thank you, though

Awwww, please don't be jelous..

*envious*

The whole province of Alberta here is only 100 years old. If the first person to ever come here died upon arrival, his/her gravestone would be the oldest in the entire province and it would still only be 100 years old. Sucks, cause I did some shoots in Europe and that is just beyond compare. I love old graveyards.

tearizeddarkling In reply to MarkMarek [2005-02-04 07:03:56 +0000 UTC]

I'm the same way.
When I lived in Ontario it was a little bit better because the town I was in was about 103 years old.
haha... but much better than the town I lived in before I moved to Edmonton.
It's only about 70.

I used to drive the countryside (in Ontario) looking for old cemeteries.

Anyway... gorgeous photo, gorgeous model.

Thank you Liz, yeah... I did many photoshoots in the countryside cemeteries. They're usually not busy at all and you often find a wicked stuff there. Like there are gravestones in the very corners just under the fence - those are the people who commited a suicide and no one wanted to bury them. Eventually someone did but they could not join the others resting there so they're kept at the fringe. Damn you learn stuff when you go exploring cemeteries.
