Phalanx CIWS does not eject the brass casings and neither would a rail gun.

Now that's badass. I love how you took two real world weapons platforms and innovated on their designs, while still keeping the overall design aesthetic so that you can clearing recognize what they are. They're new and advanced, but not so different that you need to explain what they are. Well done.
