Description
One day, a young raccoon-dog-fox boy took a shine to some older vixens who lived near by.
The little dog-fox thought he had a chance with the vixens, so he gathered some flowers (the best he could find!) to offer them.
Of course, a few preparatory deep breathes were needed before he could muster all the courage he'd need to meet the vixens and present his gifts, but he managed. :3

Now, of course, the older vixens were very much amused by this over-confident, yet ambitious little dog-fox. He was far too cute to send away, so the vixens decided to humor and tease him a little.

No need to fret, though---these girls won't hurt the little dog-fox, but what will they do?
Well, the yellow vixen decided to flirt with the dog-fox a little, in order to distract him from her friend (the gray vixen) weaving yellow posey flowers into his tail (the dog-fox is too love-drunk to notice). Meanwhile, the red vixen does her darnedest to suppress her chortles (maye she'll help the yellow out a bit?).

After a short while, the vixens sent the dog-fox on his way. The dog-fox ran all the way to the meadow where his (mostly male) friends were playing. He proceeded to brag about how he 'scored with the big girls' (ie, he managed to hold their attention a few minutes), but his exaggerated boasting was met with laughter and pointing!

It was then that the little dog-fox noticed the flowers adorning his tail.

"Gah! The girls tricked me!", he cried. :3
