Ive rated this picture highly due to the facts of ive never seen another picture like this is and that the detail of the flower and colours are at the highest e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
In terms of vision, the eye is attracted straight away to the picture. The dcepth of colour is breath taking, its crisp and clear and the layers of the passionflower adds its own interest.

I always loved photos of plants and flowers but rare are the times when photographers take those photos with some originality and, after a while, the topic itself becomes boring. Yet and again one more close-up of a flower with pretty colors...
However your use of mirroring was utterly clever. Not only you picked a very good angle and a very interesting type of flower but you also made it look like something completely new and out of this world without making it look weird. The mirroring here is very very subtle and sometimes I find myself doubting if that effect is actually present but I spent way too many minutes already, looking closely at each detail of the flower testing it... You have created something new and shot it with mastery.
Thank you for reviving the flower photography and congratulations on your DD. It's well deserved.
