Well, about 3 days but I did it while school was going on, so I would spend an hour or two working on it. I just bought a yellow shirt and purple and red fabric paint. To make the stripes as clean as possible I used painters tape to section off the stripes then I painted it. o: The hard thing was trying to make an even coat for each stripe. I think I ended up doing 5-7 coats per stripe.
