This is a birthday gift for who's birthday is today as well! It's his character, Rusty, acting flirty XDI'm still not certain what her everyday outfit is suppose to be so, this time, she's wearing Chibiusa's special macro outfit. Why? Well, I think it looks good on her too and it's been done once before as well.
Now I just have to hope Chibiusa doesn't kill me for letting someone else wear her clothes XD But anyway, I'm quite happy with this picture.

Probably because her big ones made me a bit uncomfortable and I didn't want to draw them too big. XP But yeah, I know they are too small.
I thought I did her hair just fine. o.o This is the second time I've drawn it. Oh well.

This is archetypical Rusty, and surely she's enjoying wearing someone else's clothes for the impact it has. Plus it's smaller on her thanks to her being rather bigger than Chibiusa (which I'm sure she's taken into account)! And her trademark wink of course <3 Thank you again so much!

Yeah, I was hoping I got her personality correct in her pose and facial expression. And yes, the outfit is quite smaller on her due to Chibiusa being smaller so, that makes it even more of a, eh, problem, but not to Rusty apparently XD
