just back from seattle...i have some AMAZING shots from my trip.. the weather was gorgeous...
this is from the tacoma glass musuem... cool place..

Awesome. The glass mueseum is about 40 miles from my town. I've seen this several times and it never stops amazing me. Good job capturing the moment. I love your work!

I LOVE glass museums! Reminds me of the chihuly work I saw at [link] I like how your piece is very bright. It really captures the eyecatching beauty of the glass. Maybe I should lighten my pics.

It's so abstract, I love it. The back lighting is wonderful how it illuminates the glass.

I love the way the various colors and forms in this shot really work together to create an interesting and dynamic texture. There are several nice diagonals established in the composition that connect various other parts of the composition together. I also love the way it is backlit but there are hardly any shadows...it almost has an ethereal glow to it. The other really nice thing is how the shot both looks like glass and doesn't at the same time. It just shows how versatile that substance can be. Very nice shot.

thats definatly dale chuhily. Hes the man. I love his stuff he did in the louisianna museum and venice. Those glass spikes in the snow. Did u see the ice blocks. Like the ones that are cylinders that have huge chunks of ice on it? They seem really simple yet I read those are his hardest work. Nice shot.

Reminds me of a shot I took (and have seen taken) of the glass ceiling in the lobby of a Las Vegas hotel. I forget the name, but back to my point: great shot. It's amazing what some people can do with glass.
