Description This is for a friend who had this strange concept in his head for a while...Maat, baby, I hope you're happy
I'm not sure how good this came out, it's a long time I haven't made photomanip (the reason more to do it now) and I know it could be done better, but still...hope you like it
All based on the legend of Thanatos, Greek god of death (well, basically the Death itself), but with some metallic details and some strange additions... )
Time is ticking...

Well done. What I look for in a composite/photo-manipulation is to see if it goes past eye-candy to create mood/emotion and story, which this piece does very well. I am also a fan of painting with light, and really enjoy seeing light used in ways like this. The compositing itself looks good. The composition is wonderfully done to set mood and tell a story.

One thing for future consideration in compositing projects: His right shoe is not on a flat surface, and his shoe, foot, and knee are not rotated outward/downward, which means his body weight and shoe are resting only along inside edge of his shoe's sole, leaving space under the outward edge of the shoe's sole and toe. This can be shown with a change in shading along and under the shoe's toe and outward edge. However, balancing this way is not very realistic. Centering him more over the center of the sphere's top would have helped him blend to the sphere better.
