“Please, Don’t kill me! Have mercy! ” A certain Finnish man pleaded as a girl all dressed in black wearing a mask points a gun at him as he sits up from the ground in the park. He was on his way home when this lady pushed him and suddenly brought out a gun.

The girl who stood before the man was (y/n), the girlfriend of the Finnish man who was known as Tino. She was dying inside, for she was forced to do this. She violated the number one rule in the mafia, which was to never fall in love with a man. Assassins were not allowed to fall in love, their leader who was known as Lovino told them as soon as they became part of this Mafia.

“ I’m sorry...” (y/n) mumbled as she was about to pull the trigger when Tino kneeled in front of her and touched both of her hands, looking up with crying eyes, making the girl cry. She didn’t want to do this, it was against her!

“ Please, have mercy! I have a family and a girlfriend waiting for me at home!” Tino said as he cried, making (y/n) take off her mask as she cry with him. Upon seeing her face, Tino was really shocked. He couldn’t believe that his own girlfriend could do this!

“ (y-y-y/n)?! “ He stuttered , making him cry more and more. He was dying inside, his heart crushed. What did he do to make (y/n) do this? He never cheated on you... he treated you like a princess, gave you all he could. Did you lose interest in him? If you did, why would you want to kill him? You could have just broke up with him. He wondered why would you do this, you were such a sweet person... he never expected a person like you could do this.

“ Yes....”

“ Why? Don’t you love me anymore?”

“ I love you very much Tino... I really do. But ... It is my job to do this... I violated a rule ....” (y/n) said as she continued weeping.

“... I am an assassin , Tino...” She finally confessed, Making Tino gasp. He really didn’t expect for his own girlfriend to be part of the mafia...

“ w-what? How come you never told me?!”

“ I tried to... but.... I never got the chance to tell you. Plus I really love you... I was scared that you’d break up with me... I know that Assassins were not allowed to fall in love and engage into a relationship... but.... we fell in love with each other.” She told him as she removed her finger from the trigger, but still pointing the gun to the man. Tino had his eyes wide, was he dreaming? Or is this reality?

“ (y/n).... ” He said as he hugged the girl in the waist as he continued kneeling down, making the girl weep more and remember the first time she met Tino. Would she follow Lovino’s command, which is to kill Tino? Or would she disobey ?

*flashback*
A girl named (y/n) was currently sitting alone in a restaurant, eating lunch. Surprisingly it was very crowded today.

“ Excuse me maam? Would you mind if you share a table with me?” A guy with blond hair asked, making the girl blush and nod. He was such a cutie. The boy smiled and set his food on the table, sitting on the chair in front of her.

“ It’s very crowded today,eh?” He said as he started opening his food.

“Yeah, usually it would be filled with people, but not like this, it’s super crowded.”
She replied, making the guy giggle, as her blush was still visible on her face.

“What’s your name? You seem like a kind person, plus your cute.” A blush was visible on his face, as he smile cutely at the girl.

“ the name’s (y/n), (y/n) (l/n). How about you?”

“ nice name! My name is Tino! Tino Vainamoinen!”

“ it’s nice to meet you Tino. I think we’re going to be good friends!”

“ Yes, I think too!”

And thus, a very sweet friendship was formed. They would always text each other, hang out together with some other friends or sometimes have a friendly date, only the two of them alone. She was really happy to have a friend like him, he was very understanding. Even if most of the time she was busy, he would always give her a smile and tell her it’s okay.
Today, Tino invited (y/n) to his house to have swimming. As both of them spend their time in the swimming pool, (y/n) accidentally kissed Tino in the lips for her foot slipped under the water. Both of their eyes were wide, with a massive blush visible on their faces. When both of them pulled away, they were smiling shyly at each other. Tino hugged her tightly,making (y/n) hug him back. This was the perfect timing to confess his feelings for the girl.

“ I love you, (y/n)....”

“ I love you too, Tino...” (y/n) replied, making Tino smile once again at the girl , and gave her another kiss. He was very happy that his best friend was now his girlfriend.
“ I’ll always protect you from harm, I promise! You are very special in my heart that I could not even bare to see a wound on your hand, It pains me to see you hurt! ”
‘ I wish I could promise the same thing .... I cannot hide my true identity to you forever ... which is being an assassin. ‘

*end of flashback*

“ I.... I Can’t do it!” (y/n) cried, throwing the gun to the side as she kneel down with Tino, hugging him as tight as she could. Tino hugged her back, both of them weeping.
‘ I love him too much...’

“ Well, Well , Well. What kind of assassin are you really, (y/n) ? I thought I told you to kill that man! Assassins are NEVER allowed to love someone ! Didn’t I tell you that ever since you became part of us?!” A guy said as he entered the scene, making the lovers shocked. It seems like it was her boss, who was known as Lovino Vargas, the leader of the Mafia. She did not expect for him to follow her.

“ L-lovino?! W-what are you doing h-here?!”

“ What else idiota ? To check if you are really doing my command! Why aren’t you doing it? Go pick up your gun again and kill the bastardo now !”

“ I... I can’t do it! I love him too much!” She shouted while crying, making Lovino grunt and take his gun out.

“ In that case you little piece of crap, Instead of him dying, you should be the one who’ll die! I didn’t expect you to disobey your own boss! I really hate people like you! I wish my fratello didn’t even recruit you into this!” He shouted back , pulling the trigger, shooting (y/n) from the back and walking away, going in his car as his body guard open the door for him, and leaving moments later.

“ (y/n)!” Tino cried, as he hug her tightly.

“ T-tino! I’m sorry... ” She said as she coughed, blood coming out of her mouth.
“ No, no it’s not your fault! Your going to live!” He shouted as he carried her bridal style, running as fast as he could, going to the nearest hospital. (y/n) closed her eyes, ready to face her death. She wished her life didn’t end this way...

‘ I’m sorry..... Please remember that I love you, and I will wait for you so that we’ll be together once again... when your time ends...’

Dr. Jones was doing his best to make (y/n) live, he checked her pulse and everything, but it seems like she was dead on arrival. He went to look for Tino, only to see him weeping while sitting down on a chair.

“ Tino Vainamoinen?” Dr. Jones asked, making Tino look up at him with hopeful eyes.
“ Is she okay now? Please do tell me she’s fine.”

“ I’m sorry but.......”

“ But what?! Why are you saying sorry?! She’s alive, I know it! She can’t die yet! We have a lot of stuff to do together! We didn’t even get married start our own family yet!” He cried, making Dr. Jones guilty that they weren’t able to save (y/n).He looked at him with pity, as he pats him softly.

“ I’m very sorry for your loss... but for sure, she’s already in a good place now.” Dr.Jones reassured, as he backed away and smiled at Tino.

“ You may go inside the room, see her before we put her in the morgue.” Tino sadly walked inside the room, he hugged the lifeless girl and wept onto her.

“ I love you, my dear. I wish your in a better place now...”
