Now ... this is what I'd call a truly refreshing "Fresh Orange Cocktail" ... complete with some flowers and a cocktail umbrella
... a truly refreshing drink to quench your summer thirst

Woah love how the subtle pink of the flowers and the lips complement each other, but like you said, it's just got a really refreshing feel to it overall, regardless of technicalities. Did you actually make the cup out of fresh orange peel? I never know what you'd come up with next!

It is great idea. You could try to clean 'dirt' to make it perfect. Bottom lip has some kind of dot for example.

I think spot editing is minor editing, which is allowed according to rules. Just dig those moles and other spots out.
