A finished drawing of how I think she should look, at least closer to it. When is a concept truely complete in the eyes of an artist? Hard to answer. I have acheived a more frightening look. Just what I wanted. Though I like the look and pose. Ive got some ideas for this to be colored
Anyway enough from me, Let me know what you think of this in comparison to my old design.

Compared to the reference sheet, I think she has more power here. Her tail seems like a real weapon and the way her horns curl gives her some personality. She has a greyhound-shaped body--broader chest, narrower middle. Makes me think she can move rather swiftly but has less defense and stamina. If this isn't correct, then try adjusting her body shape.
She is a very unique (and intimidating) dragon, and her design improves every time you draw her. Keep up the good work!
