These are not representative of historical warriors.
-Templars did not use big heavy Greatswords. Greatswords are a development of the 15th century. The Templars were long gone by that time.
-The Samurai's pauldrons look made up. A katana would absolutely not pierce maille. Even dedicated piercing swords like Estocs can barely pierce maille.
-Ninjas are spies, not warriors, and would be out of this fight very quickly. Nunchaku are an Early Modern Period invention appearing in the 17th Century, only used by Okinawan farmers as a repurposed self defence tool.
-The Sikh must have lost his weapons or something, considering he is resorting to using a Katar Push Dagger. One with three prongs for some reason, two of which are curved inwards. This will only hinder the weapon's stabbing power.
-The English Longbowman is wearing shameful leather rags. Where is his armour?
-Vikings did not wear wings on their helmets, nor did they use Spiked Targes, which is a development of 13th Century Scotland. Also what the heck is that weapon in his hand? It looks like an anvil taped to a stick. Imagine trying to use such a device.
-The rest of the warriors look alright.

This rocks! Awesome concept and execution! Seeing as the Templar looks like he is biting the dust I'd say the Samurai will win, Ninja have nothing on swordplay when it comes to Samurai
