Description EDIT: As you can see, I changed the background quite a bit. Now she's part of a four-part series of fairy seasons-- the summer fairy is almost done as well!

I'd like to belatedly dedicate Autumn Whispers to the sweet and talented , who just had her birthday

Original painting is 9 by 12 on hot press; I used watercolors, acrylics, and ink. And waaaay too much time!

I used wonderful as a reference for the fairy.

This is great. The pose is very good, with lot of movement. I love the color harmony. The pattern of the background is lovely

I do the seasonal fairy thingies too, but I make them when
the actual seasons are here Ha!

kinda pointless, it`s much better the way you`re doing it Cause
a good artist can go back in time, or imagine surroundings and such
