So... Thalia's little man is born and out into the world! Hopefully he'll do both his mama and his papa proud in his adventures around Blackwood, and maybe being adopted by Hagen will help him along as well

Also figured that since he was born a bit prematurely he'd have some health defects so I've added one or two of those in as well

Name: Thanatos
Meaning: A Greek daemon who was the personification of death. Brother to Charon in Greek mythology.
Pronunciation: Than-ah-toss
Nicknames: Atos, Tos
Gender: Colt
Breed: Fawnling
Height: Predicted 11hh, perhaps shorter (he's a little stunted growth-wise since he was born early)
Age: Newborn (born winter Year 760 of the New Age)
Colour: Silver dapple [design sheet]
Genotype: EE/aa/ZZ/fwFw
Markings: No noticeable ones besides his dapples.
Eye colour: Light brown.
Build: Medium
Appearance: Currently mostly leg and ears, he should even out a bit and perhaps get a bit more sturdy with age. Skinny because of his premature bit, though he's filling out pretty well.
Mane/Tail: A bit thin and straggly at the minute, though should thicken up as he ages as both parents have decent amounts of hair.
Trinkets/Decorations: Currently he tends to just wander around wearing one of Hagen's pelts, as he struggles to keep warm in the chilly Blackwood weather, and as he grows that could either stay with him or he might leave it behind him. Also has a magpie feather in his mane left by his mother's magpie-friend when he was born.

Parentage: Maugrim X Thalia (Hagen and Isa are essentially adoptive parents, with Isa providing the milk he needs to survive)
Bloodlines: 75% Blackwood, 25% Glenmore

Personality: At the minute, Atos is fairly quiet, and sticks close to Hagen and his big-brother Charon, as they are the two he trusts most. He does like spending time with his father, but Maugrim spends a lot of time away from him and so they haven't had as much time together as would be ideal. Atos is a sweet boy, though he's quite prone to being bullied by the other fawns -- Charon normally has to come to his rescue and send the other fawns scurrying away. He doesn't quite understand that his mother is dead, he just hasn't made the connection that other fawns have doe parents and he doesn't, which is probably for the best. Already he's learning some herb lore from Hagen, and tends to just wobble around the forest after him whenever he leaves the cave. He's firm friends with Hagen's crow, though, and the bird sometimes acts as his unofficial bodyguard if Hagen leaves while Atos is asleep in the cave. Atos is uncannily quiet, though, and can move around barely making any sound at all if he wants to, and he's scared Hagen on more than one occasion but creeping up on him.
Discipline/Use: Western Isles RP.
Aqauintances/Companions: Hagen's crow, more of a bodyguard at the minute than a friend, but the crow seems to be tolerating him more and more.
History: Born prematurely in Late Winter 760, causing the death of his mother. Now sticks close to Hagen and goes where he does.

Thalia : His mother who he never got to know. She died within an hour of his birth, and as such Atos has never known her as anything more than 'the doe that Hagen knew'.
Maugrim : His father, they have a good bond, but Maugrim doesn't spend much time around Hagen and Atos thanks to both his role within the herd and the death of his mate, meaning that his relationship with his son has faltered slightly.
Hagen : An 'adoptive father' more than anything, Hagen is basically Atos' carer and main parent figure. He feeds and cares for him, and teaches him a little of what he knows about the world. Atos is probably going to become one of Hagen's apprentices later in life, despite his magical ineptitude.
Charon : Atos thinks of Charon as a big brother, even if Charon can be a little distant at times. The two of them enjoy one another's company in many ways, though quite often they sit in silence quite happily. Charon is Atos' role model so far in life, though how well that will go for him remains to be seen.
