An old favorite movie of mine from a long time ago. Being very much a daydreamer and avid reader of fantasy since I was old enough to read, the movie Labyrinth was something I could relate to. After all I would have given almost anything to live in one of those worlds I read of
I decided to revisit this classic and it popped into my head what it might be like to have an adult Sarah in the picture instead of that obnoxious 15 year old...and here it is.
Drawn and painted in PhotoshopCS2 with pen and tablet with the exception of:

(To those who have messaged me, I am aware that NBDigitalArt/NatCatfaceArt has copied this picture for her own use after several people notified me and attempted contacting her, after messaging her myself I decided to permit this as long as she properly credited and linked back to mine wherever she posted her version. Beautiful work but how awful someone has taken your work without giving proper credit. Β They say copying Β is the highest form of a compliment but really as artists it's just plain theft. Β I always thought though, when people were busy copying me that I, being the creative one would always be on to something new so it didn't matter. Β Your work is exceptional.

Gorgeous.Β Love the folds in the clothing, very realistic.Β I think the colouring is a bit too soft for me.Β It looks a bit flat and too slippery, like silk I think, so it's difficult to distinguish between the face and clothing, since both are so smooth in terms of colour.Β I can really see it in the gloves.Β I know they're leather, but they look like black satin.Β Velvety not leathery.Β The boots and Jareth's jacket is the same too.Β Too flat and silky, not rough enough I think, both look like stiff velvet or silk, if that's even possible.

I watched this old classic movie last month, and it's so inspiring!Β It's really wonderful to see Jareth and Sarah relaxing outside of the castle within the world of the Underground in the Labyrinth.Β I've begun to work on drawing a sketch of these 2 for a Labyrinth fan art.
Really amazing job on the colors, shading, love all of the detailed textures.Β They look perfect together as a couple.

I LOVE Sarah's outfit here. It kind of makes me think of a female Robin Hood, or adventurer. It matches Jareth so wellΒ

Not many people have her mimic Jareth's form of dress, most put her in (albeit) lovely dresses, and I must say I LOVE this. They're so well suited for each other, it's lovely!I can see them romping around the Labyrinth together like this.

There's only one thing I noticed about it, and I'm not sure if it's intentional or not because it made me laugh, but.... well...
Did anyone else notice Sarah's arm looks like it's resting on Jareth's bulge? Or am I the only creeper in the comments?

XD While I'm sure Jareth would be pleased to say he's that well endowed still....rofl I don't think any human (or human-like as the case may be) male is THAT big! That's his thigh.

Not sure if you can do anything about this, but another artist has used this almost exactly as the design for their artwork and is saying it is original. When I pointed this out to her, she blocked me. So, [link] is a copy of your work modified, but I recognized it as your piece immediately.
